This free community event is all about bringing people together through wellness. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, this class is designed to be fun, inclusive, and empowering for all fitness levels.
Before class begins, we’ll also feature a special guest speaker/licensed clinical therapist, Ms. Melanie Brunner (owner of Represent Wellness) on mental health and community wellness — because caring for your mind is just as important as caring for your body.
