Love In Action Career Development & Mentorship Program

The Love In Action Career Development & Professional Mentorship Program is designed to prepare high school students for successful futures by connecting them with established professionals across a variety of career fields. Love In Action Foundation partners with and contracts experienced career professionals to provide hands on instruction, career exploration, industry insight, and professional mentorship that bridges the gap between the classroom and the workforce.

Through this program, students develop workforce readiness skills, leadership, communication, professionalism, financial literacy, and career-specific knowledge while building meaningful relationships with professionals who are actively working in their desired industries. Participants have the opportunity to explore multiple career pathways, gain exposure to college and trade school options, earn industry-recognized certifications (when applicable), participate in job shadowing, internships, apprenticeships, and connect with employers and community partners.

Our goal is to remove barriers to opportunity by providing students with the knowledge, resources, mentorship, and professional network needed to make informed career decisions and confidently transition into higher education, skilled trades, entrepreneurship, or the workforce. By investing in students today, we are building a stronger workforce, strengthening our communities, and creating pathways to long-term economic success.
