Meet The COO - BreAntra Jackson
BreAntra is the Chief Operating Officer of Love in Action Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting youth and families through education, support, and community-based initiatives. In her role, BreAntra manages daily operations, leads program development, and helps drive the strategic vision of the organization. She also oversees all marketing and communication efforts, including managing the foundation’s social media presence to ensure its mission, events, and impact are effectively shared with the community. Her leadership blends structure, creativity, and compassion, helping to move the organization forward in a meaningful way.
BreAntra is deeply passionate about helping others and brings both lived experience and professional insight to her work. As a mother and advocate, she understands the importance of creating safe, supportive environments where families and children can thrive. Through Love in Action Foundation, she is committed to breaking cycles, empowering others, and creating lasting change. Her dedication to outreach, visibility, and growth continues to shape the foundation’s reach and impact in the lives of those it serves.

With a sharp eye for numbers and a deep passion for purpose-driven work, Karterra serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Love in Action Foundation. She brings years of experience in accounting, financial strategy, and organizational stewardship to ensure our foundation remains fiscally responsible and sustainable.
Beyond balancing budgets, Karterra is committed to transparency and integrity in all financial operations, helping us build trust with our community and partners. Her leadership plays a key role in turning compassion into action, allowing every dollar to make the greatest impact.
When she’s not managing the foundation’s finances, Karterra enjoys giving back through mentorship, spending time with her family, and creating initiatives that uplift underserved communities.
